The master of seeking forgiveness

O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no god but You. You created me and I am Your servant. I keep Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.

MorningEveningForgivenessSahih al-Bukhari. Commonly presented among morning and evening remembrances.

When setting out on a journey

Glory be to the One who has subjected this to us, and we could not have done it [ourselves]. And indeed we, to our Lord, will [surely] return.

TravelQuran 43:13–14, commonly recited when mounting a riding animal or vehicle, as reported in Sunan collections.

The Talbiyah

Here I am, O Allah, here I am. Here I am; You have no partner; here I am. Indeed all praise, blessing, and dominion are Yours. You have no partner.

Hajj and UmrahSahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, the Talbiyah of the Prophet, peace be upon him.
