Entering the Haram and Makkah without Ihram
And Ibn ‘Umar entered (without Ihram); but the Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ ordered those intending to perform Hajj or ‘Umra to assume Ihram, but he did not mention the wood-cutters and the like (i.e., those who frequent the sanctuary of Makkah).
باب دُخُولِ الْحَرَمِ وَمَكَّةَ بِغَيْرِ إِحْرَامٍ
