How the Luqata at Makkah is to be announced
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ said, "Nobody should pick up the Luqata (lost things) of Makkah except the one who makes public announcement for it." Ibn 'Abbas said (in another narration): The Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ said, "None should pick up the fallen things of Makkah except that who announces it publicly."
