وَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ بْنُ بَيَانٍ الْوَاسِطِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ - عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ يَوْمًا ‏"‏ أَتَدْرُونَ أَيْنَ تَذْهَبُ هَذِهِ الشَّمْسُ ‏"‏ بِمِثْلِ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ عُلَيَّةَ ‏.‏

Abu Dharr reported: I asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) the (implication of the) words of Allah, the Exalted: The sun glides to its appointed resting place. He replied: Its appointed resting place is under the Throne.
