حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ وَنَحْنُ غِلْمَانٌ لَا نَعْقِلُ الْعِلْمَ: أَشَيْخًا كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: «كَانَ بِعَنْفَقَتِهِ شَعَرَاتٌ بِيضٌ

English translation

Ḥarīz [ibn ʿUthmān] reported: I said to ʿAbdullāh ibn Busr, while we were young boys not yet grasping knowledge, “Was the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) ﷺ an old man?” He said, “He had, in his ʿanfaqah, a few white hairs.” Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 300
