حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏"‏ صِيَاحُ الْمَوْلُودِ حِينَ يَقَعُ نَزْغَةٌ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The crying of the child (starts) when the satan begins to prick him.

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ مُخْتَارَ بْنَ فُلْفُلٍ، مَوْلَى عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، يَقُولُ قَالَ رَجُلٌ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ‏.‏ بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as having said that Ibrahim (as) circumcised himself with the help of an adze when he was eighty years old.
