وَعَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ اَلْبَاهِلِيِّ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ إِنَّ اَلْمَاءَ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ, إِلَّا مَا غَلَبَ عَلَى رِيحِهِ وَطَعْمِهِ, وَلَوْنِهِ } أَخْرَجَهُ اِبْنُ مَاجَهْ 1‏ وَضَعَّفَهُ أَبُو حَاتِمٍ 2‏ .‏

وَلِلْبَيْهَقِيِّ: { اَلْمَاءُ طَاهِرٌ إِلَّا إِنْ تَغَيَّرَ رِيحُهُ, أَوْ طَعْمُهُ, أَوْ لَوْنُهُ; بِنَجَاسَةٍ تَحْدُثُ فِيهِ } 1‏ .‏

And Al-Baihaqi reported: “Water is pure unless any impure thing is added which changes its smell, taste and colour”.

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ‏- رضى الله عنه ‏- قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-{ لَا يَغْتَسِلُ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي اَلْمَاءِ اَلدَّائِمِ وَهُوَ جُنُبٌ } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏

Narrated Abu Huraira (rad): Narrated Abu Huraira (rad): Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said: “None of you should take a bath in stagnant water when he is sexually impure”. [Muslim reported it]

وَعَنْ رَجُلٍ صَحِبَ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-قَالَ: { نَهَى رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-"أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ اَلْمَرْأَةُ بِفَضْلِ اَلرَّجُلِ, أَوْ اَلرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ اَلْمَرْأَةِ, وَلْيَغْتَرِفَا جَمِيعًا } أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ.‏ وَالنَّسَائِيُّ, وَإِسْنَادُهُ صَحِيحٌ 1‏ .‏

وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا; { أَنَّ اَلنَّبِيَّ ‏- صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏-كَانَ يَغْتَسِلُ بِفَضْلِ مَيْمُونَةَ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهَا } أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ 1‏ .‏
