Quran 14:45
Surah Ibrahim (Abraham), ayah 45 of 52.
وَسَكَنتُمْ فِى مَسَٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ وَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمْ كَيْفَ فَعَلْنَا بِهِمْ وَضَرَبْنَا لَكُمُ ٱلْأَمْثَالَ
And (have ye not) dwelt in the dwellings of those who wronged themselves (of old) and (hath it not) become plain to you how We dealt with them and made examples for you?

اور جو لوگ اپنے آپ پر ظلم کرتے تھے تم ان کے مکانوں میں رہتے تھے اور تم پر ظاہر ہوچکا تھا کہ ہم نے ان لوگوں کے ساتھ کس طرح (کا معاملہ) کیا تھا اور تمہارے (سمجھانے) کے لیے مثالیں بیان کر دی تھیں
