Surah Al-Baqara (The Cow), ayah 242 of 286.
كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَعْقِلُونَ
Thus Allah expoundeth unto you His revelations so that ye may understand.
