Quran 3:189
Surah Aal-i-Imraan (The Family of Imraan), ayah 189 of 200.
وَلِلَّهِ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ
Unto Allah belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth. Allah is Able to do all things.
