Quran 38:36
Surah Saad (The letter Saad), ayah 36 of 88.
فَسَخَّرْنَا لَهُ ٱلرِّيحَ تَجْرِى بِأَمْرِهِۦ رُخَآءً حَيْثُ أَصَابَ
So We made the wind subservient unto him, setting fair by his command whithersoever he intended.
