Surah Az-Zukhruf (Ornaments of gold), ayah 79 of 89.
أَمْ أَبْرَمُوٓا۟ أَمْرًا فَإِنَّا مُبْرِمُونَ
Or do they determine any thing (against the Prophet)? Lo! We (also) are determining.
