Quran 44:38
Surah Ad-Dukhaan (The Smoke), ayah 38 of 59.
وَمَا خَلَقْنَا ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضَ وَمَا بَيْنَهُمَا لَٰعِبِينَ
And We created not the heavens and the earth, and all that is between them, in play.
