Surah Muhammad (Muhammad), ayah 24 of 38.
أَفَلَا يَتَدَبَّرُونَ ٱلْقُرْءَانَ أَمْ عَلَىٰ قُلُوبٍ أَقْفَالُهَآ
Will they then not meditate on the Qur'an, or are there locks on the hearts?
