Surah Adh-Dhaariyat (The Winnowing Winds), ayah 19 of 60.
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
And in their wealth the beggar and the outcast had due share.
