Surah Adh-Dhaariyat (The Winnowing Winds), ayah 45 of 60.
فَمَا ٱسْتَطَٰعُوا۟ مِن قِيَامٍ وَمَا كَانُوا۟ مُنتَصِرِينَ
And they were unable to rise up, nor could they help themselves.
