Quran 7:181
Surah Al-A'raaf (The Heights), ayah 181 of 206.
وَمِمَّنْ خَلَقْنَآ أُمَّةٌ يَهْدُونَ بِٱلْحَقِّ وَبِهِۦ يَعْدِلُونَ
And of those whom We created there is a nation who guide with the Truth and establish justice therewith.
