Quran 8:59
Surah Al-Anfaal (The Spoils of War), ayah 59 of 75.
وَلَا يَحْسَبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ سَبَقُوٓا۟ إِنَّهُمْ لَا يُعْجِزُونَ
And let not those who disbelieve suppose that they can outstrip (Allah's Purpose). Lo! they cannot escape.
