Surah Al-Mutaffifin (Defrauding), ayah 32 of 36.
وَإِذَا رَأَوْهُمْ قَالُوٓا۟ إِنَّ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ لَضَآلُّونَ
And when they saw them they said: Lo! these have gone astray.
