Quran 85:9
Surah Al-Burooj (The Constellations), ayah 9 of 22.
ٱلَّذِى لَهُۥ مُلْكُ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ شَهِيدٌ
Him unto Whom belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and Allah is of all things the Witness.
