باب الأَمْرِ بِقِتَالِ النَّاسِ حَتَّى يَقُولُوا لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ‏‏ويقيموا الصلاة ويؤتوا الزكاة ويؤمنوا بجميع ما جاء به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وأن من فعل ذلك عصم نفسه وماله إلا بحقها ووكلت سريرته إلى الله تعالى وقتال من منع الزكاة أو غيرها من حقوق الإسلام واهتمام الإمام بشعائر الإسلام

The command to fight the people until they say "La ilaha illallah Muhammad Rasul-Allah", and establish Salat, and pay the Zakat, and believe in everything that the prophet (ﷺ) brought. Whoever does that, his life and his wealth are protected except by its right, and his secrets are entrusted to Allah, the most high. Fighting those who withhold Zakat or other than that is one of the duties of Islam and the Imam should be concerned with the Laws of Islam

باب الدليل على صحة إسلام من حضره الموت ما لم يشرع في النزع وهو الغرغرة ونسخ جواز الاستغفار للمشركين والدليل على أن من مات على الشرك فهو في أصحاب الجحيم ولا ينقذه من ذلك شيء من الوسائل

Evidence that the islam of one who becomes muslim on his deathbed is valid, so long as the death thoes have not begun; Abrogation of permission to supplicate for forgiveness for the idolators; Evidence that one who dies an idolator is one of the people of hell and no intervention can save him from that

The obligation to love the messenger of Allah (ﷺ) more than one's family, son, father, and all other people; And mentions of an absolute absence of faith regarding one who does not love him with such love

Clarifying that faith decreases because of disobedience and negating it from the one committing the act of disobedience, with the meaning of negating its completion

Clarifying that faith decreases with shortcoming in obedience, and the word Kufr may be used with regard to matters other than dsbelief in Allah, such as ingratitude for blessings and not fulfilling one's duties

Clarifying the emphatic prohibition of letting one's garment hang below the ankles (isbal), reminding others of one's gift and selling goods by means of a false oath; Mention of the three to whom Allah, Most High, will not speak on the day of resurrection, nor look at them, nor sanctify them, and theirs will be a painful torment

Clarifying the emphatic prohibition against killing oneself; The one who kills himself with something will be punished with it in the fire; And that no one will enter Paradise but a muslim

Clarification that Allah, most high allows a person's thoughts and whatever occurs in his heart, so long as they do not become established, and the clarification that he, glorious is he and most high, does not burden anyone with more than he can bear, and clarifying the ruling on thinking of doing good and bad deeds

باب تَجَاوُزِ اللَّهِ عَنْ حَدِيثِ النَّفْسِ، وَالْخَوَاطِرِ، بِالْقَلْبِ إِذَا لَمْ تَسْتَقِرَّ ‏‏

Allah allows a person's thoughts and whatever occurs in his heart so long as they do not become established

If a person thinks of doing a good deed it will be recorded for him, and if he thinks of doing a bad deed it will not be recorded for him

Warning of the Fire for the one who swears a false oath in order to unlawfully take the right of another muslim

باب الدَّلِيلِ عَلَى أَنَّ مَنْ قَصَدَ أَخْذَ مَالِ غَيْرِهِ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ كَانَ الْقَاصِدُ مُهْدَرَ الدَّمِ فِي حَقِّهِ وَإِنْ قُتِلَ كَانَ فِي النَّارِ وَأَنَّ مَنْ قُتِلَ دُونَ مَالِهِ فَهُوَ شَهِيدٌ

The evidence that the blood of one who aims to seize other people's wealth without right may be shed, if he is killed he will be in the fire, and the one who is killed defending his property is a martyr

One in charge of a matter, who cheats his subjects, deserves the fire

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الأَحْمَرُ، ح وَحَدَّثَنِيهِ زُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، كِلاَهُمَا عَنْ أَبِي مَالِكٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏"‏ مَنْ وَحَّدَ اللَّهَ ‏"‏ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ بِمِثْلِهِ ‏.‏

Abu Malik narrated on the authority of his father that he heard the Apostle (ﷺ) say: He who held belief in the unity of Allah, and then narrated what has been stated above.
