الثّلاثيات
Al-Thulāthiyyāt is a collection of 568 ḥadīth drawn from eight ḥadīth compilations — Saʿīd ibn Manṣūr, Musnad Isḥāq ibn Rāhwayh, Musnad Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal, Sunan al-Dārimī, Ṣaḥīḥ al- Bukhārī, Sunan Ibn Mājah, Jāmiʿ al-Tirmidhī, and al-Ṭabarānī's al-Muʿjam al-Ṣaghīr. Thulāthiyyāt (singular thulāthī) refers to a ḥadīth in which there are only three narrators in the chain of transmission (isnād) between the compiler (e.g., Imam al-Bukhārī) and the Prophet ﷺ. A shorter chain is generally considered stronger, since fewer links mean a lower margin of error in transmission. This book contains the introductory remarks of Shaykh Suleiman Hani placed at the beginning of his compilation.
